Dog Waits by Grave – Six Years

Lao Pan’s Dog

When 68-year-old Lao Pan died in China in November 2011, the only surviving member of his family was a small yellow dog.

The heartbroken pup took up residence at the graveside and refused to leave even after going seven days without food. People from Lao Pan’s village began bringing food and water to the gravesite. Last we heard, they were planning to build a kennel there for him.
